Contact rgstr
rgstr.org is run by ComputeSDK (Snelling, LLC). One address reaches the team for everything below: support@computesdk.com.
Support
Questions about a claim, an install that resolved somewhere you did not expect, or the CLI: email support@computesdk.com with the package name and, for API problems, the requestId from the error response. Bugs in the rgstr CLI can also be filed at https://github.com/computesdk/rgstr/issues.
Disputes over a name
If a name you maintain is claimed by someone else on rgstr, email support@computesdk.com with the subject dispute: <name>, a link to the package on npm or PyPI, and the repository you publish it from. Applying to claim the name yourself (rgstr claim <name>) at the same time puts both sides in front of the reviewer; the claimant is told, and the public page does not change while we review. Disputes are not public: both sides are told the decision and its reasons by email.
Security
Report a vulnerability in rgstr.org, its API or the CLI to support@computesdk.com with security in the subject. Please do not open a public issue for it. We confirm receipt and tell you when it is fixed.
Status and outages
If rgstr.org is down, npm and pip pointed at it fail the same way they do when any registry is down; switching the registry setting back to the index restores installs with nothing else to change. There is no separate status page yet; outages are acknowledged by email reply and on the ComputeSDK site.
